Idul Fitri is synonymous with new clothes. The feast also provide a platform for textile businesses in Indonesia to increase its income. However, there is fear of the perpetrators of the outbreak of the domestic textile textile products illegal. Textile entrepreneurs Worried Increased Illegal Products Face Idul Fitri

Indonesian Textile Association (API) believe illegal goods entrance has a great opportunity, because the perpetrators of illegal enterprises Lebaran certainly seize the moment to gain huge profits.

"Therefore, the API asked the government to ensure this, at least reduce the entry of illegal goods, because the impact is huge," said Chairman of API Ade Sudrajat.

Ade said illegal textile products is not required. The reason, according to the API, the availability of textile products that are in a position over supply.

"We've prepared ahead of time. All types already over supply approaching 200 percent," he said.

According to him, yet stable economic conditions, both domestic and global purchasing power in the textile sector will still be the same as last year.

Therefore, said Ade, API has asked the government to make sure illegal products are not included Lebaran, because the API is already preparing textile products is specific to the holiday.

"If through Lebaran unsold yes not special anymore. We hope all this can be sold all the stock," he said.

Pengusaha Tekstil Khawatir Meningkatnya Produk Ilegal Menjelang Lebaran

Pasalnya, berdasarkan data API, ketersediaan produk tekstil berada pada posisi over supply.

"Kita sudah mempersiapkannya jauh-jauh hari. Semua jenis sudah over supply mendekati 200 persen,"tuturnya.
