"Obviously this condition should be 'link' and 'match' with the company's needs," he said.

 

According to him, one of the efforts that can be done is with the vocational system. In this case, the labor force of childbearing age not only prepared in terms of educational theory but also proficient and capable in practice the theory that it generates.

 

Nevertheless, the implications are not necessarily able to do in the whole region.

 

According to him, the system can be done in the area of ​​which there are many companies in the city of Semarang, Solo, Pekalongan and Semarang District.

 

"Related to this, the governor is moving CSR for companies. One is done in the CSR is the training of workers, including those who may have low education as possible after training quality can be improved," he said.

 

With these efforts are expected to forward the quality of labor in Central Java will be more advanced so that the company does not meet the needs of the labor difficulties.

 

"Our work force or productive age population increasingly large portion, if they do not have productive skills course this being a burden. Meanwhile, if they have the skills it will be a tremendous force for our economy," he said.

 

 

Industri Jawa Tengah Butuh Banyak Tenaga Kerja Terampil Di Bidang Tekstil

 

 

Wakil Gubernur Jawa Tengah Heru Sudjatmoko menyatakan industri di Jawa Tengah membutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja terampil. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan pendidikan nonformal terutama untuk tenaga kerja yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan rendah.

 

 

"Misalnya di Boyolali, saat ini sedang tumbuh industri garmen. Ternyata setelah dibuka, industri ini kesulitan mencari tenaga kerja, bukan karena tidak adanya pengangguran tetapi kesulitan mencari tenaga kerja terampil," katanya di Semarang, Selasa.

 

"Tentunya kondisi ini harus di'link' dan 'match' kan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan," katanya.

 

Menurut dia, salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan sistem vokasional. Dalam hal ini, angkatan kerja usia produktif tidak hanya disiapkan dari sisi teori pendidikan tetapi juga mahir dan cakap dalam mempraktikkan teori yang diperolehnya.

 

Meski demikian, implikasi tersebut tidak serta merta dapat dilakukan di seluruh daerah.

 

Menurut dia, sistem tersebut dapat dilakukan di daerah yang banyak terdapat perusahaan di antaranya Kota Semarang, Solo, Pekalongan dan Kabupaten Semarang.

 

"Terkait hal ini gubernur sedang menggerakkan CSR untuk perusahaan-perusahaan. Salah satu yang dilakukan dalam CSR tersebut adalah pelatihan tenaga kerja, termasuk mereka yang mungkin pendidikannya rendah mungkin setelah mengikuti pelatihan kualitasnya bisa ditingkatkan," katanya.

 

Dengan upaya tersebut diharapkan ke depan kualitas tenaga kerja di Jawa Tengah akan semakin maju sehingga perusahaan tidak kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja.

 

"Angkatan kerja kita atau penduduk usia produktif porsinya semakin besar, kalau mereka tidak memiliki ketrampilan produktif tentu ini menjadi beban. Sedangkan kalau mereka memiliki ketrampilan maka akan menjadi kekuatan yang luar biasa untuk ekonomi kita," katanya.
