Environmental Management Agency (BPLHD), West Java proposes five textile factories in Bandung Raya to shut down or temporarily stop production process. Because, five factories many violations of environmental pollution. BPLHD head of West Java Anang directly Sudarna reluctant to mention the five factories that need to be stopped while the production process. This is done to address the things that are not desirable. In fact, last week it had signed a letter to the regent / mayor in Bandung Raya to temporarily suspend production process five factories.

Because, he said, the location of the factory in Bandung Raya, Bandung regency, KBB (West Bandung District), Cimahi and Bandung.

"Definitely, we've recently sent a letter to the regents that the mayor proposed a temporary suspension of the production plant in order to follow-up," said Anand.

According to Anand, district / city governments in Bandung Raya need to give strict punishment to them. Because, BPLHDs Jabar had been sent a letter that district / city governments follow up on it.

During this time, said Sam, it continues to conduct surveillance and guidance to all industries in West Java. In fact, BPLHDs also perform special supervision and guidance to companies that 'naughty'. For example, BPLHDs Jabar has trained five factories for 1.5 years. In fact, already sanctioned several times, but it was not heeded.

Anang rate, Regency / City Government could give strict punishment diverse, so they can adhere to the rules. In particular, the rules relating to environmental conservation. During this time, they commit violations of environmental pollution. Like, is not functioning optimally WWTP, effluent into rivers, littering, including arbitrary thrift store. In fact, they discard any leftover coal.

"Those that we nurture already 1.5 years, has been sanctioned in phases, starting sanctioned one, two or even three. But, a lot of offense committed," he said.

Anang explained former oil drum can not be discarded carelessly open but should be sheltered place. Likewise, the shed stones Bara can not be thrown away. "Especially if the rain and into the river it would be very dangerous for the surrounding community," he said.
