Industrial manufacturing into industrial sectors affected by the global economic downturn. The decline in economic activity elsewhere in the world affects the purchasing power which led to the decline of manufacturing exports from Indonesia. Hariyadi Sukamdani, Chairman of the Indonesian Employers Association (Apindo) said that the global economy is still jammed Indonesian export rate. "Global conditions have not improved," said Hariyadi.

Not only in the first half, the pressure on exports likely to occur in the second half of the year due to the effect of the UK out of the EU membership. "If I was not so sure of export increase," he said.

Manufacturing products that could slip from the effects of the release of the UK from the European Union that are garments and textiles. "Some items such as garments will drop slightly as the psychological effects of the issue of British Exit (Brexit). Demand is down but not much, "said Hariyadi.

However, the weakening of exports are projected to be filled rise in domestic textile sales tax amnesty policy post alias tax amnesty.

To note, the first half of 2016, textile exports rose slightly. BPS recorded, not knitted apparel exports during the first half of 2016 reached US $ 2.07 billion, up 3.68% compared to last year with exports of US $ 2 billion.

After textiles, exports are threatened slack in the second period this year was pulp (pulp). In the first period of 2016, exports of pulp fell 6%. Liana Bratasida, Executive Director of Indonesian Pulp and Paper Association (APKI) said, the decline in exports due to weakening global demand. "The global economy is flagging influence exports," said Liana.

In addition, there are trade barriers such as the imposition of anti-dumping duties in destination countries. "The latest allegations of dumping and boycott Indonesian paper products," said Liana.

After the paper, exports were down the first half of 2016 was the iron and steel fell 9% in the first half of 2016.

Warih Andang Tjahjono, Vice President Director of PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) estimates, this year's auto exports will rise if world oil prices improve. "Mainly exports to the Middle East, for the Fortuner, Innova and Vios," he said

Kendala Ekspor Manufaktur Mengalami Penurunan

BPS mencatat, ekspor pakaian jadi bukan rajutan sepanjang semester satu 2016 mencapai US$ 2,07 miliar, naik 3,68% dibanding tahun lalu dengan ekspor US$ 2 miliar.
