Perusahaan Akan Membuat Spesifikasi Pemberian Upah Karyawan

 

 

Terkait Upah Minimum Sektoral Kabupaten (UMSK) Karawang tahun depan, dimungkinkan akan lebih dispesifikan lagi. Sehingga UMKS nya nanti berdasarkan cord bisnis di perusahaan masing-masing. Hal tersebut dinilai sebagai rasionalisasi upah pekerja dimasing-masing perusahaan.

 

“Bukan berarti akan bertambah banyak dalam pembagian sektor UMKS nya, akan tetapi lebih dispesifikan lagi. Misalnya saja sektor otomotif, upah pekerja perakit mobil dan upah pekerja pembuat baut itu nantinya akan beda. Tapi sekarang kan masih sama,” ujar Ahmad Suroto .

 

Menurut Suroto, jika tidak ada perbaikan sistem pengupahan di Kabupaten Karawang, maka industri di Karawang akan jauh tertinggal. Sebab sistem investasi akan sedikit mengalami hambatan, karena investor menimbang upah pekerja yang menjadi cost major yang amat besar.

 

“Kita sebut saja sektor Tekstil Sandang dan Kulit, untuk perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi sepatu, mungkin bisa menyesuaikan dengan ketentuan yang ada, akan tetapi untuk tekstil itu jelas akan keberatan. Daripada banyak PHK dan perusahaan pindah, ada baiknya kita perbaiki sistem pengupahannya. Yang pasti kedepannya pihak asosiasi pengusaha setiap sektornya akan membahas upah bersama serikat pekerja dengan sektor yang sama dan itu akan kami fasilitasi. Tapi yang terlebih penting lagi, untuk upah tahun depan akan lebih baik dari tahun sekarang,” tukasnya.

 

Sementara itu, Errie Kosasih selaku anggota Dewan Pengupahan Kabupaten (Depekab) perwakilan dari Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia (SPSI), belum mengerti betul terkait wacana tersebut. Hematnya perumusan upah minimum yang biasa dirundingkan dengan pihak pengusaha dan pemerintah saja harus melalui proses yang begitu lama, apalagi membahas spesifikasi upah sektor disetiap perusahaan.

 

“Kami di Depekab hingga saat ini belum tau persis wacana pengupahan tahun depan, karena belum ada pertemuan untuk membahas ini. Namun jika wacana tersebut direalisasikan jelas harus menempuh proses perundingan yang alot. Karena perundingan upah dengan sistem kemarin saja sudah lama, terlebih patokan pengupahan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah no 78,” pungkasnya.
