Problem presence Industrial Estate Kendal (KIK), Chairman of the Indonesian Textile Association (API) Ade Sudrajat, welcoming and enthusiastic about the presence of CIC in order to meet the second revival of textile industry in Indonesia with a growing point of Central Java.

According to Ade, Jakarta and West Java now intermingled with various medium industries so as not to compete in HR sourcing.

The textile sector, said Ade, ready to relocate the plant from the Greater Jakarta and West Java to Central Java. He assumes, in Central Java investment is cheaper. Then the political stability and security in Central Java is much better than Jabar very close to the capital, so a lot of production disturbances caused by a demonstration of the union.

"Greater Jakarta and West Java, lots of production disruptions, we lose many productive hours," he said.

In addition, the growth rate of the labor force in Central Java is also quite high so that the availability of adequate human resources. Related wages, in the capital, according to Ade, certainly the level of wages will be higher due to the higher necessities of life.

"The increase in labor costs would be burdensome because there are other costs that must be borne by the employer." He said.

Based on the record of the Ministry of Industry, industrial textiles and textile products (TPT) is a labor-intensive sectors that can create jobs for 1.5 million people or 10.36 percent of the workforce in the industrial sector. In February 2016, the value of industrial exports rose by 6.81 percent compared to the previous period (month on month).

Non woven products that include material used for the construction of toll road infrastructure, agro textiles, medical, food and beverage Industry, the automotive industry and other manufacturing industries consumption.

Industri Tekstil Siap Relokasi Pabrik Ke Kendal
