Government Promote of Textiles Product With Send Designer To Europe PDF Print E-mail

Government Boost promotional products industry textile and textile products (TPT) Indonesia to the European countries. The four local labels that participated in the exhibition CPM in 2016, namely Itang Yunasz Ready to Wear, Ardistia New York, Alleira Batik, and Warnatasku.

 

"One of our efforts is to facilitate some of the best designers of Indonesia to follow the fashion shows international level as Collection Première Moscow (CPM) held on 31 August to 3 September," said Director General of Chemical Industry, Textile and Miscellaneous (IKTA) Ministry of Industry Achmad Sigit Dwiwahjono.

 

Sigit explained, the promotion program is the initiation of the Ministry of Industry, together with the Agency Creative Economy, Garuda Indonesia Airlines, and the Ministry of Commerce, which is expected to become the locomotive for the Indonesian textile industry products in order to go international with more expansive.

 

"Indonesian fashion products have tremendous potential. The creative power of young people continues to grow. Evident from the work of those who flooded the fashion market, both online and in bazaars indie label, "he said.

 

Therefore, in an effort to expand export markets, it is necessary to build a strategic position so that outside parties can see and recognize excellence and distinctiveness of the Indonesian textile industry products.

 

"For example, massive promotions related to the potential and creativity, including a unique range of fabrics that we have as well as his collaboration with the fashion world so be ready to wear clothing that is unique, that we call fashion craft," he said.

 

Sigit expect five to ten years into the future, Indonesia's textile industry is ready to welcome buyers from abroad who attended the international exhibition held in Indonesia. Indonesia became the center of the target so that the Muslim fashion industry and fashion Asia in 2020 and 2025 can be achieved.

 

"By following this CPM exhibition, expected later the buyers do not hesitate to do a buying trip to our country by attending fashion events that our title," he said. Several fashion events in the country that has known, including Indonesia Fashion Week, Jakarta Fashion Week, as well as Jakarta Fashion and Food Festival.

 

Earlier, Minister of Industry Airlangga Hartanto said it will encourage the opening of the national textile industry markets to the European Union because there is still quite large.

 

"So if the market is already open, we believe the potential to increase the national textile industry market to double in the next five to ten years into the future," he said.

 

Currently, the national textile industry has employment for three million people, accounted for 10.6 percent of the total workforce of the manufacturing industry. The investment value of this labor intensive sector reached Rp 8.45 trillion. In fact, it contributes significantly to foreign exchange earnings with export value reaching USD 12.28 billion in 2015.

 

The minister added that his office together relevant stakeholders continue to forge synergies in setting the specific policies and appropriate for the national textile industry. So that will strengthen the ability of the export-based industries to compete to meet the global market demand.

 

"There are a number of incentives are considered the most potential to boost the export value of the textile industry, including value-added tax exemption for raw material export-oriented textile industry and gas pricing policy is the economic scale," said Airlangga.

 

Pemerintah Promosikan Produk Tekstil Dengan Mengirimkan Designer  Ke Eropa

 

 

Pemerintah gencarkan promosi produk industri tekstil dan produk tekstil (TPT) Indonesia  ke  negara-negara Eropa. Misalnya memfasilitasi para desainer terbaik ikut pameran di tingkat Internasional.

 

“Salah satu upaya yang kami lakukan adalah memfasilitasi beberapa desainer terbaik Indonesia untuk mengikuti pameran fashion tingkat internasional seperti Collection Première Moscow (CPM) yang diselenggarakan pada 31 Agustus hingga 3 September ,” kata Dirjen Industri Kimia, Tekstil, dan Aneka (IKTA) Kementerian Perindustrian, Achmad Sigit Dwiwahjono, Sabtu (3/9).

 

Adapun empat label lokal yang turut berpartisipasi pada Pameran CPM 2016, yakni Itang Yunasz Ready to Wear, Ardistia New York, Alleira Batik, dan Warnatasku.

 

Sigit menjelaskan, program promosi tersebut merupakan inisiasi dari Kemenperin bersama Badan Ekonomi Kreatif, Garuda Indonesia Airlines, dan Kementerian Perdagangan, yang diharapkan menjadi lokomotif bagi produk industri TPT Indonesia agar dapat go international dengan lebih ekspansif.

 

“Produk fashion Indonesia memiliki potensi yang luar biasa. Daya kreativitas dari generasi muda terus tumbuh. Terbukti dari karya mereka yang membanjiri pasar fashion, baik secara online maupun di bazar-bazar label indie,” paparnya.

 

Oleh karena itu, dalam upaya memperluas pasar ekspor, diperlukan upaya membangun posisi strategis sehingga pihak luar dapat melihat dan mengenal keunggulan dan kekhasan dari produk industri TPT Indonesia.

 

“Misalnya, promosi yang masif terkait potensi dan kreativitas, termasuk keunikan ragam kain yang kita miliki serta kolaborasinya dengan dunia fashion sehingga menjadi busana ready to wear yang unik, yang kami sebut fashion craft,” tuturnya.

 

Sigit mengharapkan, lima sampai sepuluh tahun ke depan, industri TPT Indonesia sudah siap menyambut para pembeli dari luar negeri yang hadir pada pameran internasional yang diselenggarakan di Indonesia. Sehingga target indonesia menjadi pusat industri fashion muslim dan fashion Asia pada 2020 dan 2025 dapat tercapai.

 

“Dengan mengikuti pameran CPM ini, diharapkan nantinya para buyers tidak ragu lagi untuk melakukan buying trip ke negara kita dengan menghadiri acara-acara fashion yang kita gelar,” tuturnya. Beberapa kegiatan fashion dalam negeri yang telah dikenal, diantaranya Indonesia Fashion Week, Jakarta Fashion Week, serta Jakarta Fashion and Food Festival.

 

Sebelumnya, Menteri Perindustrian Airlangga Hartarto mengatakan, pihaknya akan mendorong pembukaan pasar industri TPT nasional ke Uni Eropa karena peluangnya masih cukup besar.

 

“Jadi, kalau pasarnya telah terbuka, kami yakin berpotensi meningkatkan pasar industri tekstil nasional hingga dua kali lipat dalam lima sampai sepuluh tahun ke depan,” tuturnya.

 

Saat ini, industri TPT nasional telah menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak tiga juta orang atau menyumbang sebesar 10,6 persen dari total tenaga kerja industri manufaktur. Nilai investasi sektor padat karya ini mencapai Rp 8,45 triliun. Bahkan, kontribusinya cukup signifikan terhadap perolehan devisa dengan nilai ekspor mencapai USD 12,28 miliar pada tahun 2015.

 

Menperin menambahkan, pihaknya bersama pemangku kepentingan terkait terus menjalin sinergi dalam menetapkan kebijakan khusus dan tepat bagi industri TPT nasional. Sehingga akan memperkuat kemampuan industri yang berbasis ekspor itu untuk bersaing memenuhi permintaan pasar global.

 

“Ada sejumlah  insentif yang dinilai paling berpotensi mendongkrak nilai ekspor industri TPT, antara lain pembebasan pajak pertambahan nilai bagi bahan baku industri TPT yang berorientasi ekspor dan kebijakan harga gas yang berskala keekonomian,”  papar Airlangga.
