Based on the data in the Indonesian Textile Association (API) showed that textile industry in Indonesia in 2017 is predicted to be up about 20 percent. The increase was accompanied by the belief that customers are choosing high quality textile products made by children of the country.

'' Textile Industry in Indonesia in 2017, according to the API is believed will continue to rise to 20 percent, '' he said.

Berdasarkan data di Asosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia (API) menunjukkan bahwa industri tekstil di Indonesia pada tahun 2017 diprediksi bakal naik sekitar 20 persen. Peningkatan itu diiringi kepercayaan para konsumen memilih produk tekstil berkualitas tinggi buatan anak negeri.


Desy Natalia SE, General Manager Operasional Textileone mengungkapkan hal itu kepada wartawan di Yogyakarta, Senin (6/2).


‘’Industri Tekstil di Indonesia pada 2017, menurut API dipercaya akan terus meningkat hingga angka 20 persen,’’ ujarnya.


Apalagi perekonomian di Jateng dan DIY selama ini cenderung membaik. Bahkan menurut data Bank Indonesia pertumbuhan ekonomi Yogyakarta pada 2017 berkisar di angka 5 sampai 5,4 persen.


Sehingga diperkirakan potensi belanja kebutuhan seragam meningkat seiring dengan kebijakan banyak perusahaan untuk melengkapi karyawannya dengan seragam.


Erwin Kow, Managing Director Textileone mengatakan, Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu kota penting dalam perluasan bisnis tahun ini.
