So not surprisingly, when the value of Indonesia's textile exports to Saudi Arabia today is quite small. Though Saudi Arabia is one of Indonesia's potential trade partners in the Middle East region. "Saudi Arabia will be an opening for our textile exports to Africa," he said.

The same thing was said by the Chairman of the Indonesian Employers Association (Apindo) Hariyadi Sukamdani. According to him, the arrival of Raja Salman should be used by governments and employers to increase its exports to Saudi Arabia.

According to Hariyadi, for export to Saudi Arabia many food products and beverages (mamin). In fact, there are still many Indonesian products more likely to enter the market of Saudi Arabia.

"We already have a halal certificate. Hopefully not just food and drink it later in the future could open up opportunities for other products, "he said.

According to him, the halal certification granted Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) will pave the domestic product is accepted Saudi Arabia. For example, cosmetics and textiles. "The products already have a halal certification was a major focus of exports to Saudi," said Hariyadi.

He is optimistic, economic cooperation by the Indonesian government with Saudi Arabia will have an impact on increasing trade between the two countries. "Therefore, the government should not mensia siakannya," he explained.

Apindo chairman of International Relations and Investment Kamdani Shinta Widjaja said, today it is being advised its members to sell their products to non-traditional markets such as the Middle East and Africa.

"We need to strengthen its market to the Middle East because their target market potential ordinary once, for example, the Middle East, especially our Halal products. Also Africa, its enormous opportunity, "he said.

Finance Director of PT Industri Jamu and Sido Appears Venancia Indrijati Pharmaceutical said the company had already thrown the oil products to the country. Although already exports to Saudi Arabia, but are still minimal.

Dia mengakui, pasar tekstil Arab Saudi sangat besar.

Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), nilai total perdagangan nonmigas Indonesia- Arab Saudi periode 2011-2015 memperlihatkan pertumbuhan positif sebesar 3,89 persen per tahun.
