Rates Stevedoring at the Port of Tanjung Priok Possible Rise PDF Print E-mail

The Association of Stevedoring Indonesia proposed an increase in the cost of loading and unloading of general cargo at the Port of Tanjung Priok approximately 30% following an increase in the cost burden labour.  this, loading and unloading costs or expenses port of loading and the cost of the port of destination (OPP / OPT) in Tanjung Priok for general cargo using facilities warehouse Rp81.075 per ton per m3 while the pattern trucklossing only Rp57.200 per ton per m3.

 

Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Stevedoring Companies (APBMI) Jakarta Juswandi Kris stating the proposed increase in the cost OPP / OPT has been submitted to the association of service users in the Port of Tanjung Priok.

 

"We have conveyed the rates OPP / OPT were up 30%. Progress had been forwarded to the association of service users at Priok. Expected in the next month everything has been completed so that it can be socialized, "he said

 

In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation (Permenhub) No. 15/2014 on the type, structure and Group Rates Ports Services, he explained, tariff setting OPP / OPT in Tanjung Priok agreed shared between service users and providers of port services.

 

The association of service users at the Port of Tanjung Priok is National Importers Association of Indonesia (GINSI), Indonesia Export Association (GPEI), Indonesian Logistics and Forwarders Association (ALFI) and APBMI. Juswandi add the factors that most influence the rate-raising plan, namely the increase in labor wages or unloading in the Port of Tanjung Priok as much as three times that in 2015 increased by 21%, in 2016 rose 9% and in 2017 rose 6.7%.

 

"During that period the rate OPP / OPT has never existed adjustments. Yet on the other hand a mutual agreement related associations concerning the tariff has expired since June 2015. So there must be adjustments to the current conditions. "He concluded

 

 

 

Tarif Bongkar Muat di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Kemungkinan Naik

 

 

Asosiasi Perusahaan Bongkar Muat Indonesia mengusulkan kenaikan biaya bongkar muat kargo umum di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok sekitar 30% menyusul peningkatan beban biaya buruhSelama ini, biaya bongkar muat atau ongkos pelabuhan pemuatan dan ongkos pelabuhan tujuan (OPP/OPT) di Tanjung Priok untuk kargo umum menggunakan fasilitas gudang Rp81.075 per ton per m3 sedangkan pola trucklossing hanya Rp57.200 per ton per m3.

 

Ketua Asosiasi Perusahaan Bongkar Muat Indonesia (APBMI) DKI Jakarta Juswandi Kristanto menyatakan usulan kenaikan biaya OPP/OPT sudah disampaikan kepada asosiasi pengguna jasa di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok.

 

“Kita sudah usulkan tarif OPP/OPT itu naik 30%. Progresnya sudah disampaikan kepada asosiasi pengguna jasa di Priok. Diharapkan pada bulan depan semuanya sudah rampung sehingga bisa disosialisasikan,” ujarnya

 

Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan (Permenhub) No. 15/2014 tentang Jenis, Struktur dan Golongan Tarif Jasa Kepelabuhanan, paparnya, penetapan tarif OPP/OPT di Tanjung Priok disepakati

 

bersama antara pengguna jasa dan penyedia jasa pelabuhan.

 

Adapun asosiasi pengguna jasa di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok adalah Gabungan Importir Nasional Seluruh Indonesia (GINSI), Gabungan Pengusaha Ekspor Indonesia (GPEI), Asosiasi Logistik dan Forwarder Indonesia (ALFI) serta APBMI. Juswandi menambahkan faktor yang paling memengaruhi rencana penaikan tarif itu yaitu kenaikan upah buruh atau tenaga kerja bongkar muat di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok sebanyak tiga kali yakni pada 2015 naik sebesar 21%, pada 2016 naik 9% dan 2017 naik 6,7%.

 

“Selama periode itu tarif OPP/OPT belum pernah ada penyesuaian. Padahal di sisi lain kesepakatan bersama asosiasi terkait menyangkut tarif itu sudah kedaluwarsa sejak Juni 2015. Jadi mesti ada penyesuaian dengan kondisi saat ini.” pungkasnya
