Government Giving Bonded Logistics Center Facility To Decrease Costs PDF Print E-mail

Government provide Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) to support efficiency while lowering logistics costs of industrial activity, supporting the availability of raw materials and facilitate the export and import of raw materials. "Essentially, the facility is able to save logistics costs," Trade Minister Enggartiasto Lukita on the sidelines of the inauguration of PLB at the State House Grahadi in Surabaya on Wednesday night.

 

At the inauguration were done almost midnight along the East Java Governor Soekarwo, trade ministers also witnessed the signing of several cooperation agreements in the field of trade.

 

The signing of the cooperation conducted by the director of PT Indra Jaya Swastika (IJS) with the Indonesian Textile Association, the Indonesian Footwear Association, and the Association of Furniture and Wood Industry Indonesia on the use of PLB.

 

PLB, he said, is the mandate of the Economic Policy Package Volume III which has been followed up by the release of the Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 64 / M-DAG / PER / 9/2016 on Provisions on Import and Export of Goods Customs Area Home Affairs to and from PLB.

 

Ministers were also politicians NasDem said now da 32 PLB, which are located among others, include Surabaya Karawang and Cikarang, Cibitung, Purwakarta, Cilegon, Cakung, Bandung, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Aceh and others.

 

"PLB which supports a variety of industry sectors include oil and gas, mining, textile, chemical, food, cosmetics and automotive," he said.

 

He also explained that during 2016 Indonesia's trade balance surplus of 8.8 billion US dollars, an increase compared to 2015 and a surplus of 7.6 billion US dollars, and in 2017 the government launched a national economic growth from 5.5 to 5.8 per cent from the previous 5, 1 percent and is expected to grow 6.1 percent in 2018.

 

The minister said he is optimistic the achievement of the 2017 target is met by the various breakthroughs in the field of trade.

 

Meanwhile, PT Indra Jaya Swastika as one of the national logistics company insists support  to the Provincial Government of East Java enhance industrial competitiveness.

 

"PLB IJS present to meet a variety of industry groups, in particular the flagship East Java, including sepati industry, food industry, middle small industry and other similar industries," said President Director of PT IJS, Utami Prasetiawati.

 

It hoped that IJS as native Java enterprise can contribute to the people of Indonesia, especially Java.

 

 

 

Pemerintah Memberi Fasilitas Pusat Logistik Berikat Untuk Turunkan Biaya

 

 

Pemerintah memberikan fasilitas Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB) untuk mendukung efisiensi sekaligus menurunkan biaya logistik kegiatan industri, mendukung ketersediaan bahan baku serta mempermudah ekspor dan impor bahan baku.

 

"Intinya, fasilitas ini mampu menghemat biaya logistik," ujar Menteri Perdagangan Enggartiasto Lukita di sela peresmian PLB di Gedung Negara Grahadi di Surabaya, Rabu malam.

 

Pada peresmian yang dilakukan hampir tengah malam bersama Gubernur Jatim Soekarwo tersebut, menteri perdagangan juga menyaksikan penandatanganan beberapa perjanjian kerja sama di bidang perdagangan.

 

Penandatanganan kerja sama dilakukan Direktur PT Indra Jaya Swastika (IJS) dengan Asosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia, Asosiasi Persepatuan Indonesia, dan Himpunan industri Mebel dan kayu Indonesia tentang pemanfaatan PLB.

 

PLB, kata dia, merupakan amanat dari Paket Kebijakan Ekonomi Jilid III yang telah ditindaklanjuti Kementerian Perdagangan dengan dikeluarkannya Permendag Nomor 64/M-DAG/PER/9/2016 tentang Ketentuan Pemasukan dan Pengeluaran Barang Asal Luar Daerah Pabean ke dan dari PLB.

 

Menteri yang juga politisi Partai NasDem itu mengatakan saat ini sudah da 32 PLB yang lokasinya antara lain meliputi Surabaya, Karawang, Cikarang, Cibitung, Purwakarta, Cilegon, Cakung, Bandung, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Aceh dan lainnya.

 

"PLB yang mendukung berbagai sektor industri meliputi minyak dan gas, pertambangan, tekstil, kimia, makanan, kosmetik dan otomotif," ucapnya.

 

Ia juga menjelaskan, selama 2016 neraca perdagangan Indonesia surplus 8,8 miliar dolar AS, atau naik dibandingkan 2015 yang surplus 7,6 miliar dolar AS, serta pada 2017 pemerintah mencanangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional 5,5 - 5,8 persen dari sebelumnya 5,1 persen dan ditargetkan tumbuh 6,1 persen pada 2018.

 

Mendag mengaku optimistis pencapaian pada target di 2017 ini terpenuhi dengan adanya berbagai terobosan di bidang perdagangan.

 

Sementara itu, PT Indra Jaya Swastika selaku salah satu perusahaan logistik nasional menegaskan dukungannnya kepada Pemerintah Provinsi Jatim meningkatkan daya saing industri.

 

"PLB IJS hadir untuk memenuhi berbagai golongan industri, khususnya andalan Jatim, termasuk industri sepati, industri pangan, industri kecil menangah serta industri sejenis lainnya," kata Direktur Utama PT IJS, Utami Prasetiawati.

 

Pihaknya berharap agar IJS sebagai perusahaan asli Jatim dapat memberikan sumbangsih untuk masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya Jatim.
