Not always the tax incentives given by the government has been warmly welcomed by businesses. The proof of tax incentives contained in the technical regulation PMK No. 40 / PMK.03 / 2017 dated March 10, 2017 on Procedures for Reporting and Withholding Calculation of Income Tax on Income Article 21 Employees of the Employer with Specific Criteria for footwear and textile industry, welcomed the cold by the business operators.

Eddy Widjanarko chairman of the Indonesian Footwear Association (Footwear) look at the incentive was not necessary. He said it will have no effect on the growth of the footwear business. "There will be no impact at all," said Eddy

He stated, footwear manufacturers only need certainty rise UMR (regional minimum wage). "We do not need incentives, we need the assurance from the government that the increase in minimum wages can be maintained and can be predicted in the following years. If others such incentives actually not necessary," said Eddy.

Eddy doubt that incentives will be followed Apsirindo members. He would urge members to take the incentive that, if proven could save the company budget.

"If good and can save the shoe company, so we try to fulfill the requirements. If there is no point in ya need not be filed," said Eddy.

Similar rhythm, Chairman of the Indonesian Textile Association (API) Ade Sudrajat said such incentives if not see the facts on the ground. He explained that the highest salary for a level below that, according UMR, which will certainly not be taxable because it is still under a non-taxable income.

Ade insists it will only be enjoyed by the supervisor to the top of which amount to a minimal number of employees 2000 people. "Yes, quite meringakan company than nothing," Decisive Ade.

Ade says, the most needed these businesses is the decline in number of kompenen cost of production, if the government really wants to Indonesian textile industry was growing. "What we need the lower prices of electricity and gas industry," said Ade.

Pebisnis TPT Anggap insentif PPh Tidak Efektif

Dia menyatakan, produsen alas kaki hanya membutuhkan kepastian kenaikan UMR (upah minimun regional).
