Textile Industry Focuses To Hongkong Market PDF Print E-mail

The Indonesian textile industry is focused on working on the Chinese market in an effort to boost export markets, according to Chairman of the Indonesian Textile Association (API) Ade Sudrajat.

 

"In the future, we want to focus on increasing exports to China, a market that we have not worked on properly, we want to start this year," Ade said when met at the residence of Minister of Industry Airlangga Hartarto to break the fast together in Jakarta on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.

 

Ade said China was chosen because it is a country with a population of 1.3 billion people with an increasing and intermediate per capita income of up to 200 million to 300 million people.

 

"It means, together with the entire population of Indonesia so it is very potential kelaski all," said Ade.

 

According to Ade, textile products from Indonesia will enter China through international brands, such as Uniqlo, Zara and H & M

 

The reason, so far China's domestic market is filled by local textile products, which are now beginning to lose prestige and replaced with international products.

 

"Well, we go through them, but Made in Indonesia Both Uniqlo, H & M, Mark and Spencer Why, because if we go it alone is difficult, both in terms of capital or the other," said Ade.

 

With that effort, Ade hopes that the value to Bamboo Curtain country is able to increase to 1-2 billion US dollars, from 600 million US dollars today.

 

 

Industri Tekstil Fokus Ke Pasar Hongkong

 

Industri tekstil Indonesia fokus untuk menggarap pasar Tiongkok dalam upaya meningkatkan pasar ekspor, demikian rilis Ketua Asosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia (API) Ade Sudrajat.

 

"Ke depan, kita ingin fokus meningkatkan ekspor ke China, pasar yang belum kita garap betul. Kita mau mulai tahun ini," kata Ade saat ditemui di kediaman Menteri Perindustrian Airlangga Hartarto untuk berbuka puasa bersama di Jakarta, Selasa, 6 Juni 2017.

 

 

 

Ade menyampaikan, Tiongkok dipilih karena merupakan negara dengan jumlah penduduk 1,3 miliar orang dengan pendapatan per kapita yang terus meningkat dan menengahik yang mencapai 200 juta sampai 300 juta orang.

 

"Artinya, sama dengan seluruh penduduk indonesia jadi kelaski semua itu sangat potensial," kata Ade.

 

Menurut Ade, produk-produk tekstil asal Indonesia akan masuk ke Tiongkok melalui merek-merek internasional, seperti Uniqlo, Zara dan H & M.

 

Pasalnya, selama ini pasar domestik Tiongkok diisi oleh produk-produk tekstil lokal, yang saat ini mulai kehilangan pamor dan digantikan dengan produk internasional.

 

"Nah, kita masuk lewat mereka. Tapi Made in Indonesia Baik Uniqlo, H & M, Mark dan Spencer. Kenapa, karena kalau kita masuk sendiri itu susah, baik dari segi permodalan atau yang lainnya," kata Ade.

 

Dengan upaya itu, Ade berharap agar nilai ke negara Tirai Bambu ini mampu meningkat hingga 1-2 miliar dollar AS, dari 600 juta dollar AS saat ini.
