Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) reported, the value of Indonesian exports per September 2017 reached 14.54 billion US dollars. The non-oil exports in September 2017 reached 13.10 billion US dollars.

Based on the country of destination, non-oil exports in September 2017 is the largest to China, which is 1.89 billion US dollars. Following below China are the US and Japan respectively of 1.46 billion and 1.31 billion US dollars.

Head of BPS Suhariyanto stated that Indonesia has 13 main export destination countries. Besides China, US, Japan, some other main destination countries are ASEAN countries, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, India, Australia, South Korea, to Taiwan. However, Indonesia also notes that export numbers are increasing significantly in non-traditional destination countries.

"Although the contribution is small, but the growth is fast," said

Suhariyanto gives an example is Turkey which in annual export growth of Indonesian products there reached 17.22 percent. BPS data said that the main commodities exported to Turkey include handmade textile, rubber and rubber materials.

In addition, Indonesia's exports to Egypt annually rose 44.80 percent. Major commodities exported to the country include palm oil, handmade textile materials, and coffee.

"There is movement in some African countries too," said Suhariyanto.

He said Indonesia should not only rely on exports to traditional countries. Indonesia, he said, should also pay attention to non-traditional markets, by paying attention to goods that suit the needs and tastes of the country.

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) melaporkan, nilai ekspor Indonesia per September 2017 mencapai 14,54 miliar dollar AS. Adapun ekspor nonmigas pada September 2017 mencapai 13,10 miliar dollar AS.

Kepala BPS Suhariyanto menyatakan, Indonesia memiliki 13 negara tujuan utama ekspor. Selain China, AS, Jepang, beberapa negara tujuan utama lainnya adalah negara-negara ASEAN, Belanda, Jerman, Italia, India, Australia, Korea Selatan, hingga Taiwan.

"Meskipun kontribusinya kecil, tapi pertumbuhannya cepat," kata
