Pan Brothers Keeps Business Growth Until The End Of The Year PDF Print E-mail

PT Pan Brothers Tbk (PBRX) continues to maintain business growth until the end of the year at double-digit level. "The demand for garment exports by the end of this year will not be a problem and remain consistent with the company's projection," said Pan Brothers Corporate Secretary Iswar Deni.

 

The Company is an export-oriented textile company. As many as 95% to 97% of the production is shipped abroad.

 

Pan Brothers products are mostly shipped to Asian countries with a share of 56%, followed by countries in the United States by 26%, and the rest to countries in Europe.

 

"We hope the government can expand trade agreements with other countries to improve export performance of domestic textile products," said Iswar Deni.

 

Currently Indonesia's textile and textile products exports are still small compared to other countries. In the past year, textile exports from national manufacturers accounted for 1.8 percent of the world's textile and textile products market.

 

Domestic garment manufacturers are targeted to supply 5% of the world's textile and textile products by 2030.

 

With the free trade agreement, export to other countries will be easier and the price of Indonesian products can compete because the current import duties to other countries can range from 8% to 30%.

 

 

Pan Brothers Jaga Pertumbuhan Bisnis Hingga Akhir Tahun

 

PT Pan Brothers Tbk (PBRX) terus menjaga pertumbuhan bisnis hingga akhir tahun ini pada level dua digit.

 

"Permintaan ekspor garmen hingga menjelang akhir tahun ini tidak mengalami masalah dan tetap sesuai dengan proyeksi perseroan. Target pertumbuhan penjualan kami 10% hingga 15% pada akhir tahun," kata Corporate Secretary PT Pan Brothers, Iswar Deni.

 

Perseroan merupakan perusahaan tekstil berorientasi ekspor. Sebanyak 95% hingga 97% dari produksi dikirim ke luar negeri.

 

Produk Pan Brothers sebagian besar dikirim ke negara-negara Asia dengan porsi sebesar 56%, diikuti oleh negara-negara di Amerika sebesar 26%, dan sisanya ke negara-negara di Eropa.

 

"Kami berharap pemerintah dapat memperbanyak perjanjian dagang dengan negara lain untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekspor produk tekstil dalam negeri," papar Iswar Deni.

 

Saat ini ekspor tekstil dan produk tekstil Indonesia dinilai masih kecil dibandingkan dengan negara lain. Pada tahun lalu, ekspor tekstil dari pabrikan nasional sebesar 1,8% dari pasar tekstil dan produk tekstil dunia.

 

Pabrikan garmen dalam negeri ditargetkan memasok 5% dari kebutuhan tekstil dan produk tekstil dunia pada 2030.

 

Dengan free trade agreement, ekspor ke negara lain akan lebih mudah dan harga produk Indonesia bisa bersaing karena saat ini bea masuk ke negara-negara lain itu bisa berkisar dari 8% hingga 30%.
