In 2018 PT Pan Brother TBk will increase the production capacity of the plant and has prepared a budget of US $ 30 million. The expansion cost is included in capital expenditure (capex) aka capital expenditure funds next year. One source of funds from a rights issue or a new share issuance. Meanwhile, if you take a look at Pan Brothers financial report as of September 30, 2017, they still have the current money of US $ 80.11 million.

 

What is clear, Pan Brothers plans to use capex for the development of PT Eco Smart Garment Indonesia. "Construction of the plant is still on going and certainly the capacity will increase by 21 million pieces from building or taking over," said Iswar Deni, Corporate Secretary of PT Pan Brothers Tbk, Tuesday (5/12).

 

Just so you know, Eco Smart Garment is a subsidiary of Pan Brothers who is engaged in the garment industry. In addition to Eco Smart Garment, there are four other subsidiaries also involved in the garment industry.

 

The Pan Brothers expansion plan through Eco Smart Garment in the form of two factories in Central Java. The target is realized early in 2018. One factory is present through the development process.

 

Then, another factory is the result of the acquisition. Pan Brothers management claimed to have several offers to take over the garment factory. For them, it is an opportunity to accelerate expansion. Only, Pan Brothers can not be blunt about the exact location of the two factories.

 

In addition to Eco Smart Garment, another subsidiary, PT Teodore Pan Garmindo also gets a share of capex. "We also prepared the development of PT Teodore Pan Garmindo, Tasikmalaya 2 for US $ 5 million," said Iswar.

Teodore Pan Garmindo factory in Tasikmalaya actually has been operating since this year. However, Pan Brothers wants more capacity. Target increase in production capacity by the end of 2018 or early 2019.

 

For your information, the design of production capacity of Eco Smart Garment factory is 21 million pieces per year while additional production capacity of Teodore Pan Garmindo 6 million pieces per year. If both operate, Pan Brothers' installed production capacity will be 117 million pieces per year. The current installed capacity of 90 million pieces per year.

 

Not only the development of the factory, Pan Brothers also set aside capex for maintenance or maintenance of the machine. The listed company with the PBRX stock code on the Indonesia Stock Exchange allocated US $ 5 million-US $ 7 million

 

In addition to providing capex, Pan Brothers is eyeing performance growth. Conservatively, they usually target an income increase of 10% -15% per year. Noted, Pan Brothers pocketed a license to support the production of several brands. Call it Uniqlo, Adidas, North Face, Lacoste, Salomon, Arcteryx, H & M and Express. They export the products. The export destinations follow the demand of brand owners.

 

PT Pan Brother TBk  siapkan dana sebesar US$ 30 juta

 

Tahun 2018 PT Pan Brother TBk akan menambah kapasitas produksi pabrik dan telah menyiapkan anggaran sebesar US$ 30 juta. Biaya ekspansi itu masuk dalam capital expenditure (capex) alias dana belanja modal tahun depan. Salah satu sumber dananya dari rights issue atau penerbitan saham baru. Sementara kalau mengintip laporan keuangan Pan Brothers per 30 September 2017, mereka masih memiliki duit lancar sebesar US$ 80,11 juta.

 

Yang terang, Pan Brothers berencana menggunakan capex untuk pengembangan usaha PT Eco Smart Garment Indonesia. “Pembangunan pabrik masih on going dan pastinya kapasitas akan meningkat sebesar 21 juta pieces dari membangun ataupun mengambil alih,” jelas Iswar Deni, Corporate Secretary PT Pan Brothers Tbk, Selasa (5/12).

 

Asal tahu, Eco Smart Garment adalah anak perusahaan Pan Brothers yang yang bergerak dalam industri garmen. Selain Eco Smart Garment, ada terdapat empat anak perusahaan lain yang juga berkecimpung dalam industri garmen.

 

Adapun rencana ekspansi Pan Brothers melalui Eco Smart Garment dalam wujud dua pabrik di Jawa Tengah. Target realisasinya awal tahun 2018. Satu pabrik hadir lewat proses pembangunan.

 

Lantas, satu pabrik lain berupa hasil akuisisi. Manajemen Pan Brothers mengaku mendapat beberapa penawaran untuk mengambil alih pabrik garmen. Bagi mereka, hal itu adalah peluang untuk mempercepat ekspansi. Hanya saja, Pan Brothers belum bisa blak-blakan mengenai lokasi persis kedua pabrik.

 

Selain Eco Smart Garment, anak perusahaan lain yakni PT Teodore Pan Garmindo juga kebagian jatah capex. “Kami juga siapkan pengembangan PT Teodore Pan Garmindo, Tasikmalaya 2 sebesar US$ 5 juta,” tutur Iswar.

Pabrik Teodore Pan Garmindo di Tasikmalaya sebetulnya sudah beroperasi sejak tahun ini. Namun, Pan Brothers ingin kapasitas yang lebih besar lagi. Target peningkatan kapasitas produksi pada akhir tahun 2018 atau awal tahun 2019.

 

Sekedar informasi, rancangan kapasitas produksi pabrik Eco Smart Garment 21 juta pieces per tahun sedangkan tambahan kapasitas produksi Teodore Pan Garmindo 6 juta pieces per tahun. Kalau keduanya beroperasi, kapasitas produksi terpasang Pan Brothers akan menjadi 117 juta pieces per tahun. Pasalnya kapasitas terpasang saat ini 90 juta pieces per tahun.

 

Tak cuma pengembangan pabrik, Pan Brothers juga menyisihkan capex untuk maintenance atau perawatan mesin. Perusahaan yang tercatat dengan kode saham PBRX di Bursa Efek Indonesia itu mengalokasikan dana US$ 5 juta–US$ 7 juta

 

Selain menyediakan capex, Pan Brothers mengincar pertumbuhan kinerja. Secara konservatif, mereka biasa menargetkan kenaikan pendapatan 10%–15 % per tahun. Kalau target peningkatan laba bersih sejalan dengan kinerja penjualan serta strategi inovasi dan efisiensi. “Dalam kondisi apapun PBRX akan terus melakukan inovasi dari sisi collections maupun teknologi pembuatan garmen untuk global brands,” ujar Iswar.

 

Tercatat, Pan Brothers mengantongi lisensi untuk mendukung produksi beberapa merek. Sebut saja Uniqlo, Adidas, North Face, Lacoste, Salomon, Arcteryx, H&M dan Express. Mereka mengekspor produk-produk itu. Adapun tujuan ekspornya mengikuti permintaan perusahaan pemilik merek.
