Investment in Indonesia has stabilized. I got the national assessment information from Doing Businees which was published in October and indeed increased the rank of Indonesia to the rank of 72.In national, that information ensured that Indonesian investment is better than the previous data.

Then the question is, what about the conditions at the provincial level? Is it as good as the national condition? As far as I see the conditions in Central Java in particular are better.

When viewed from the movement of investment, investment conditions in Central Java is increasing in the textile and footwear.

The phenomenon is a factor attracting investors, because of the improvement of infrastructure, as well as external factors.

The wage rate in Central Java is also more attractive to investors because it is lower than Jabodetabek.

In addition, there is an upward trend in investment, especially in the textile sector. Whereas once the sector had been crushed sunset, it was not so. Investment in the textile sector is still good because it is affected by the drivers and pullers that I said earlier.

In Central Java is not so visible residents turmoil. Labor demos are just a signal. In fact, in Central Java is rarely a labor demo, or not yet exclusive.

Another factor is the President of Indonesia, Jokowi issued Presidential Regulation 91 of 2017 regarding the Task Force on Acceleration of Licensing. This was further followed up by the Coordinating Minister for the Economy.

I also attended the relevant meeting of the Presidential Regulation, at the Central Java level there has been follow-up as well. This is what attract investors in Indonesia.
