Textile textile yarn and textile products (TPT) is expected to break down this year. Evident from the positive view of domestic industry players.

PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL) President Director Iwan Setiawan Lukminto said the outlook for textile industry this year is better than the previous year. This is considering the price of commodities such as oil, cotton and others began to creep up. "I am optimistic because we see the trend of orders can be seen more up," said Iwan

Although not yet disclose the target, Iwan rate this year's performance can be positive both in terms of revenue and profit. Issuer coded shares of SRIL is already preparing capital expenditure of about US $ 20 million. The funds will be used to improve the performance of the company's operations.

Outside the capex, Iwan admitted his side also prepares the company's acquisition agenda. The acquisition is in line with the results at last year's EGMS. This is also part of the company's strategy for market reinforcement as well as verified products. "There are two companies under one owner, we expect to finish this year," he continued.

Tirta Heru Citra, Director of PT Ricky Putra Globalindo Tbk (RICY) explains, this year there has been no new corporate action. However, this garment issuer sees this year's revenue may rise. "Demand for exports and domestic ones is increasing," said Tirta.

Tirta claims the company remains focused on garment production in the GT Man brand. Although there is a political year, it has not taken orders from any political party.

The optimism was expressed by Prama Yudha Amdan, Corporate Communications of PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk (POLY). According to Prama, the external and internal conditions of the industry are still good. "Externally, commodity prices in China are rising, so the price of their products is increasing as well." The internal side of the garment industry demand condition is increasing regularly in the political year, "Prama explained.

Unfortunately the revenue target has not been disclosed. What is clear is the earnings margin of issuers coded POLY stock is predicted to improve. "The industry could be better if the government can take advantage of this momentum by issuing a package of policies that benefit the textile industry," Prama said.

Besides, it is hoped that the industrial energy problem can be solved, in addition to the tightening of illegal imports that also enter.

Secretary General of the Indonesian Textile Association API, Ernovian G Ismy sees, last year's textile industry exports could grow 3% -5%. "This year, textile exports could increase again with the internal problems being solved," Ernovian said just a few moments ago.

The first problem, the level of labor productivity should also be improved and there is no problem with salary wages. Secondly, in terms of energy support both electricity and gas prices are high compared to other countries. Third, the import of raw materials such as cotton should be made easier.

While the import of finished goods such as garment and finished fabric should be tightened. "In terms of cooperation between countries should be strengthened," said Ernovian.

Tirta mengaku perusahaan tetap fokus produksi pakaian dalam merek GT Man.

Sayang target pendapatan belum dibeberkan.
