Indonesia is targeting countries in the African Continent to increase exports. One of the countries targeted to boost Indonesia's exports is Sudan.

Indonesian Ambassador to Sudan Eritrea Rossalis Rusman Adenan said commodities such as palm oil, textiles and packaged food could be used for export to Sudan. Because the market to the three products in Sudan is quite large.

"The potential of exports (to Sudan) such as palm, textiles, and packaging food," he said in a discussion at the Tower of Kadin.

Furthermore, Rossalis said, traditional products from Indonesia that can support agriculture and livestock in Sudan are also very potential. The reason is that the livestock and agriculture sector in the Session is very well known, mainly meat and cotton products.

"Livestock and agriculture, Sudan's Animal Husbandry produces many livestock, which is one of the imported meat of Eid al-Adha, hundreds of thousands of imported livestock, where the livestock is very potential because it is likely to be very cotton," Rossalis explained.

"I have also talked to entrepreneurs who have expressed interest in investing outbound to supply our needs, so if we know meat a lot but the supplay is still lacking," he added.

Jadi kalau kita tahu daging banyak sekali tetapi supplay-nya masih kurang," imbuhnya.
