The Indonesian Textile Association (API) of Central Java Province targets textile and textile product (TPT) exports target of 2% in 2018. Central Java Provincial API Chairman Liliek Setiawan said that general activities will create jobs, because of the wide product product, production will increase.

"The target this year is also to take the target of 2020 by 5 percent," he explained.

Liliek said that currently exports in Central Java can cover about 3 million productive workers. Of the 3 million, 18% of the total productive workforce in Central Java is available.

"For the 2% target in 2018 it can roughly cover about 6 million productive workers," he said. And in this 2018 target, his expectations can create more jobs. The more labor needed, the more extensive the work will be.

In addition, we also know that exports are very beneficial for the country's foreign exchange resources are also being developed for the welfare of the community.

"Therefore, TPT products in this country should continue to be improved the quality and quality of goods, gelatin exports higher, and the effect is completely wide open," he concluded.

API JATENG TARGETKAN PERTUMBUHAN EKSPOR PTP 2%
