Siberia needs Indonesian textiles and footwear PDF Print E-mail

Siberia butuh tekstil dan alas kaki Indonesia

Dubes RI menyambut baik keinginan Siberia tersebut dan berjanji akan menghubungkannya dengan pelaku usaha di Indonesia. Selama ini, Indonesia juga kerap mengekspor produk keramik dan furnitur ke Provinsi Krasnoyarsk. Sementara Indonesia mengimpor produk aluminium dari wilayah tersebut.

“Total perdagangan mencapai sekitar US$12 juta,” katanya.

 

Ketua Kadin Siberia Tengah juga menawarkan produk gandum kepada Indonesia. Mengingat, sekitar satu juta ton gandum dari provinsi tersebut setiap tahunnya tidak terserap di pasar lokal.

 

Siberia akan menindaklanjuti segera hasil pertemuan itu dan akan mengirim timnya ke KBRI Moskow. Serta berencana juga mengikuti Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) di Jakarta pada Oktober mendatang .

 

Sementara itu, dalam pertemuannya dengan Plt. Gubernur Krasnoyarsk, Alexander Uss, Dubes RI menyampaikan peluang kerja sama. Antara Provinsi Krasnoyarsk dengan Indonesia.

 

Pada tahun lalu, perdagangan Indonesia dan Rusia meningkat 25 persen menjadi US$3,27 miliar. Padahal perekonomian dunia tengah mengalami stagnansi.

 

Meski demikian, angka itu bisa dikatakan kecil jika dibandingkan dengan potensi yang ada antara kedua negara.

 

Untuk itu, Dubes RI mengundang Alexander untuk hadir pada Festival Indonesia yang akan diadakan di Krasnaya Presnya Park, Moskow. Pada 2-5 Agustus mendatang.

 

Bukan Hanya Itu

 

Selain bidang ekonomi dan perdagangan, Gubernur Alexander menginginkan hubungan sosial budaya yang lebih dekat. Serta berharap akan banyak mahasiswa Indonesia melanjutkan kuliah di perguruan tinggi di Krasnoyarsk. Hingga suatu ketika nanti, ada Pekan Budaya Indonesia di kotanya.

 

Dubes Wahid juga berkesempatan mengunjungi salah satu pabrik aluminium terbesar di dunia, Rusal. Serta pusat pembangkit tenaga air yang mampu memproduksi sekitar 6,6 giga watt listrik.

 

Rusal saat ini sedang melakukan negosiasi dengan PT Inalum dan Antam. Untuk melakukan investasi di bidang smelter di Kalimantan Barat.

 

Di Rusal, Wahid diterima Direktur Keuangan Rusal Krasnoyarsk Alumunium Industry, Anderi Matveeva. Lalu meninjau langsung pabrik aluminium terbesar di Rusia tersebut.

 

Dalam KEF yang berlangsung pada 12 sampai 14 April lalu, Dubes Wahid yang menjadi panelis menyampaikan, besarnya peluang kerja sama di berbagai bidang. Mulai dari ekonomi, perdagangan dan investasi antara kedua negara. Serta diharapkan juga dalam kunjungan Presiden Putin ke Indonesia tahun ini, akan segera ditandatangani perjanjian “Strategic Partnership”.

 

Saat berkunjung ke Provinsi Krasnoyarsk, Dubes Wahid ditemani Minister Counsellor Ekonomi Edi Suharto, Atase Perdagangan Faird Amir. Serta Direktur Eksekutif Russia Indonesia Business Council (RIBC) Maria Avdeeva.

 

Krasnoyarsk adalah salah satu propinsi yang kaya tambang di wilayah Siberia Tengah, sekitar 4 jam naik pesawat dari Moskow. Luas propinsi ini adalah 3,48 juta km2 atau sekitar 18 kali dari Pulau Jawa.
