Textile issuer, PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk. (BELL) allocates capital expenditure of approximately Rp17 billion for the addition of new machinery.

 

President Director of Trisula Textile Indonesia Karsongno Wongso Djaja revealed, will buy 12 weaving machines this year. The price of weaving machines reached 53,500 euros per machine. Meanwhile, the capital expenditure fund comes from internal initial public offering (IPO).

 

"The IPO fund we obtained after deducting the Rp42 billion of emission cost, which has been used for Rp12 billion and will be used for this year," he said in Jakarta, Monday (4/23/2018).

 

He said that from the remaining Rp30 billion of IPO proceeds, it will be used worth around Rp17 billion for Rp5 billion worth of supporting machines and weaving machines worth Rp12 billion.

 

At the end of October 3, 2017, the company listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) at Rp150 per share. Since its initial listing, BELL's share price has risen 27.17% to Rp220 per share.

 

BELL also has a market capitalization worth Rp319 billion. He is optimistic that the revenue growth this year will be 8%, due to national and international big events held in 2018, such as the Asian Games, Pilkada and preparations for the 2019 election.

 

Trisula Textile (BELL) Belanja Mesin Rp17 Miliar

 

Emiten tekstil, PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk. (BELL) mengalokasikan belanja modal sekitar Rp17 miliar untuk penambahan mesin baru.

 

Direktur Utama Trisula Textile Indonesia Karsongno Wongso Djaja mengungkapkapkan, akan membeli 12 mesin weaving pada tahun ini. Adapun harga mesin weaving mencapai 53.500 euro per mesin. Adapun, dana belanja modal itu berasal dari dana internal initial public offering (IPO).

"Dana IPO yang kami peroleh setelah dikurangi biaya emisi Rp42 miliar, yang telah digunakan senilai Rp12 miliar dan sebagian akan digunakan pada tahun ini," ungkapnya di Jakarta, Senin (23/4/2018).

 

Dia mengatakan, dari sisa dana IPO senilai Rp30 miliar, akan digunakan senilai sekitar Rp17 miliar untuk mesin pendukung senilai Rp5 miliar dan mesin weaving senilai Rp12 miliar.

 

Pada akhir 3 Oktober 2017, perseroan telah mencatatkan saham perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan harga Rp150 per saham. Sejak mencatatkan saham perdana, harga saham BELL telah naik 27,17% menuju level Rp220 per saham.

 

BELL juga telah memiliki kapitalisasi pasar senilai Rp319 miliar. Dia optimistis pertumbuhan pendapatan pada tahun ini akan bisa 8%, karena adanya kegiatan besar nasional dan internasional yang dilaksanakan pada 2018, antara lain Asian Games, Pilkada dan persiapan Pemilu 2019.
