Shareholders General Meeting of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL) decided to distribute dividends of Rp163.6 billion for the company's net profit in 2017. The total dividend value increased significantly 193% from Rp55.78 billion in the previous year.

President Director of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. Iwan Setiawan said during 2017, the company was able to show stronger performance and increased by posting sales of USD759, 3 million during 2017 or up about 12% of sales in 2016 of Rp679, 9 million.

"The total value of the company's export sales last year amounted to USD405 million and contributed 53.3% of total sales with a value increase of 13.4% compared to export sales in 2016," he said in a press release on Sunday (20/5 / 2018).

Iwan further explained that the increase in total sales of the company during 2017 is a form of success of the strategies implemented, which include increased production capacity, efficiency of production and operational processes and focus on sales of high value-added products.

The total dividend of Sri Rejeki Isman will be distributed to 20,452,176,844 shares and will be paid on June 21, 2018 to shareholders listed in the Company's Register of Shareholders as of May 31, 2018.

According to him, when compared to some domestic competitors, Sri Rejeki Isman is still the market leader in 2017 by posting more total sales than competitors.

"We see the national textile industry as a whole will still increase, especially considering the tendency of increased demand from customers, which is also accompanied by the addition of our customer base," he explained.

Southeast Asian countries, said Iwan Setiawan, contributed 9% to the global textile market share. While in Southeast Asia, Indonesia contributes 30 percent to the textile market share.

Indonesia's textile export performance, said Iwan, over the past few years showed an average increase of 7.9% per year. This year, the company targets sales increase of 35-40 percent.

"So our total sales target in 2018 exceeded USD1 billion and we are also very optimistic to achieve the target," said Iwan.

Related to the expansion of the export market, he stated that the program is quite successful given the increase in export sales contribution to 53.3% of total sales during 2017 from the previous 52.5%.

"With the increase in production capacity, in 2018, we target export sales to contribute in the range of 56-58% of total sales, while we also develop new export markets by increasing the portfolio of global customers," said Iwan.

Sri Rejeki Isman Bagikan Dividen Rp163,6 Miliar

Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL) memutuskan untuk membagikan deviden sebesar Rp163,6 miliar atas laba bersih perusahaan pada 2017. Total angka deviden tersebut mengalami kenaikan yang sangat siginifikan yaitu 193% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp55,78 miliar.

Presiden Direktur PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk.

Kinerja ekspor tekstil Indonesia, kata Iwan, selama beberapa tahun terakhir menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 7,9% per tahun.
