The weakening of the rupiah benefits PT Pan Brothers Tbk. Until the first quarter of 2018, the company was able to record sales growth of 7.1% to US $ 107.4 million from US $ 100.2 million in the same period last year.

 

Anne Patricia Sutanto, Vice President Director of PT Pan Brohters Tbk said the weakening of the rupiah exchange rate gives its own advantages for the company. This is because the market of companies that focus on exports.

 

This is seen in the company's financial statements in the first quarter of 2018. From sales of US $ 107.4 million, the export market contributed revenues of US $ 98.4 million.

 

As for net profit, the company decreased 84.4% to US $ 340,235 from US $ 2.1 million. Anne explained that this is because the production has been done for deliveries made in April-July.

 

"The first quarter is always greater for the burden. That's because we have spent the cost for delivery in April-July, but we have not get paid so it looks big PPh, "he said.

 

Until the end of the year, the company targets its sales to grow 15 percent from last year's realization of US $ 549.3 million. As for the net profit is also targeted to grow 15% as a form of stability

Pelemahan rupiah memberikan keuntungan bagi PT Pan Brothers Tbk. Sampai kuartal I 2018, perusahaan mampu mencatatkan pertumbuhan penjualan sebesar 7,1% menjadi US$ 107,4 juta dari US$ 100,2 juta pada periode yang sama tahun lalu.

 

Anne Patricia Sutanto, Wakil Presiden Direktur PT Pan Brohters Tbk menyatakan pelemahan kurs rupiah memberikan keuntungan tersendiri bagi perusahaan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pasar dari perusaahaan yang fokus pada ekspor.

 

Hal tersebut terlihat dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan pada kuartal I-2018. Dari penjualan sebesar US$ 107,4 juta, pasar ekspor menyumbang pendapatan sebesar US$ 98,4 juta.

 

Sedangkan untuk laba bersih, perusahaan mengalami penurunan 84,4% menjadi US$ 340.235 dari sebelumnya US$ 2,1 juta. Anne menjelaskan hal tersebut dikarenakan produksi sudah dilakukan untuk pengiriman yang dilakukan pada bulan April-Juli.

 

“Kuartal I memang selalu lebih besar untuk beban. Hal itu dikarenakan kami sudah mengeluarkan biaya untuk pengiriman April-Juli, tetapi kami belum mendapatkan bayaran sehingga terlihat PPh besar,” ujarnya.

 

Sampai akhir tahun, perusahaan menargetkan penjualan perusahaan tumbuh 15% dari realisasi tahun lalu sebesar US$ 549,3 juta. Sedangkan untuk laba bersih juga ditargetkan tumbuh 15% sebagai bentuk stabilitas
