API Chairman Ade Sudrajat, Tuesday (10/16/2018), explained that the government policy to raise the UMP shows a balance between employers and workers. This can provide good sentiment for investors.

 

Ade said, at present, there are no new investors in the textile industry. In fact, investment must be developed so that this sector is increasingly competitive in the face of global markets.

 

To attract investors, said Ade, the government needs to make the new policy especially progressive intensive. For example, tax holiday policy for labor-intensive industries. The policy is very effective in attracting investment in the textile industry.

 

"Depending on the procedure, if the procedures such as public transportation must go through various ministries, it may have little impact on investment. But if one stop can be deflated," Ade said

 

 

Setelah Gaji Minimum Naik, Tekstil Minta Tambah Insentif

 

 

Ketua API Ade Sudrajat, Selasa (16/10/2018), menjelaskan, kebijakan pemerintah menaikkan UMP menunjukkan keseimbangan antara pengusaha dan pekerja. Hal ini bisa memberi sentimen baik bagi investor.

 

Ade mengatakan, saat ini, belum ada investor baru di industri tekstil. Padahal, investasi harus dikembangkan agar sektor ini semakin kompetitif dalam menghadapi pasar global.

 

Untuk menarik investor, kata Ade, pemerintah perlu membuat kebijakan baru khsusnya mengenai intensif yang progresif. Misalnya, kebijakan tax holiday untuk industri padat karya. Kebijakan tersebut sangat efektif dalam menggaet masuknya investasi di industri tekstil.

 

"Tergantung prosedurnya, kalau prosedurnya seperti angkot harus melalui berbagai kementerian, mungkin kecil dampaknya bagi investasi. Tapi kalau one stop bisa membeludak," ujar Ade
