The government is asked to continue to develop the business of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) which have been the pillars of the national economy. One of them is by facilitating the requirements for granting loans so that the capital of MSMEs can increase.

 

"It must be bankable enough with a NPWP, it has been completed (obtained capital). That if it has MSMEs, has an NPWP, and its turnover for example IDR 50 million per month can be helped," he said

 

Furthermore, Ade said, in developing MSMEs, coordination between various parties needs to be done so that there is no overlapping of regulations. Because he said, currently the development of MSMEs is still carried out in various ministries and agencies. "The development of MSMEs is still overlapping. It should not overlap, it must be at one point," he explained.

 

Therefore, according to him there must be a platform that provides very simple licensing guarantees. And the form must be in the form of legislation. "We need to make the UMKM law according to the current conditions and situations. It must be organized and directed," he added.

 

He also sees the need for up-to-date data on the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. These data can later be used as benchmarks and plans for developing MSMEs in the future.

 

"Data must be updated, for example, how many thousands of MSMEs are going up in class. That is also to see the success of our economy, how much we are unemployed. Because of course it will have an impact.

 

Ade Sudrajat Usman, chairman of the Indonesian Textile Association (API), said that many MSME players could not develop because of difficulties in accessing capital to banks, because they were considered unable to meet bank requirements.

 

 

 

 

Pengusaha tekstil meminta pemerintah agar ada regulasi supaya UMKM lebih bankable

 

 

Pemerintah diminta untuk terus mengembangkan bisnis para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang selama ini menjadi penopang perekonomian nasional.  Salah satunya yakni dengan mempermudah persyaratan pemberian kredit sehingga permodalan UMKM dapat meningkat.

 

"Harus bankable cukup dengan NPWP, sudah selesai (mendapatkan modal). Bahwa kalau sudah ber-UMKM, ber-NPWP, dan perputarannya misalnya Rp 50 juta per bulan itu sudah bisa dibantu,” katanya

 

Lebih lanjut Ade mengatakan, dalam mengembangkan UMKM, koordinasi antar berbagai pihak perlu dilakukan agar tidak terjadi tumpang tindih peraturan. Karena kata dia, saat ini pengembangan UMKM masih dilakukan di berbagai kementerian dan instansi. "Pengembangan UMKM masih overlapping. Baiknya tidak boleh tumpang tindih, harus di satu titik," terangnya.

 

Oleh karena itu, menurutnya harus ada sebuah platform yang memberikan jaminan perizinan yang sangat sederhana. Dan bentuknya harus dalam bentuk perundangan-undangan. "Kita perlu membuat undang-undang UMKM yang sesuai kondisi dan situasi saat ini. Harus teratur dan terarah," imbuhnya.

 

Ia juga memandang perlu adanya sebuah data mutakhir mengenai perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia. Data tersebut yang nantinya dapat dijadikan tolak ukur dan rencana pengembangan UMKM ke depan.

 

"Data harus update, misalnya berapa ribu UMKM yang naik kelas. Itu juga untuk melihat keberhasilan ekonomi kita, berapa pengangguran kita. Karena sudah pasti itu akan berdampak. Kalau tidak ada UMKM yang naik kelas, artinya perekonomian stagnan," tuturnya.

 

Ade Sudrajat Usman, ketua Asosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia (API) mengatakan, banyak pelaku UMKM yang tidak bisa berkembang lantaran kesulitan dalam mengakses modal ke perbankan, karena dianggap tidak mampu memenuhi persyaratan bank (bankable).
