TEXTILE CHEMICALS. TESTED AND VERIFIED.

ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® is an independent testing and certification system for chemicals, colourants and auxiliaries, which are used for the production of textiles.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

As part of the verification process, we assess whether chemicals and their individual substances meet specific requirements in relation to sustainability, safety and compliance with legal requirements.

STAGE I: Comparison of the CAS number of the chemical ingredients against the ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® list of chemicals of concern.

STAGE II: Analytical verification in our OEKO-TEX® laboratories to ensure that the certified products can be used in the sustainable production of human-ecologically optimised textiles.

STAGE III: Verification of product stewardship measures related to working conditions and environmental management  (assessment and On-site visit).

STAGE I and II are mandatory to receive the ECO PASSPORT certificate. STAGE III is optional and carried out at the applicant’s request. The products that meet the requirements are certified accordingly.
