PT Kemas Sarana Multiguna's textile factory warehouse with an area of ​​3,000 square meters in the factory area on Jalan Cisirung, Dayeuhkolot Sub-district, Bandung Regency was burned out on Thursday (3/18) morning around 03.29 WIB.

 

Not yet known the cause of the fire. However, there were no fatalities.

 

Bandung Regency Fire Officer (Damkar), Bima revealed the blackout process until cooling was carried out from 03.39 WIB until 10:45 WIB. A large area is the reason for the blackout process to last long.

 

"When it arrived, the fire was large and a large area. The materials were also plastic. The cause is still under investigation," he said.

 

He revealed, all transmitting and rescue units from several points in Bandung Regency were mobilized to extinguish the fire. Assistance also comes from the City of Cimahi, West Bandung Regency, and the City of Bandung.

 

According to him, when he arrived at location, the officers blocked him on the left, right and back of the warehouse so that the fire did not spread wider. "After the fire went out, the officers cooled down in the burned area of ​​the factory, after it was safe the officers registered and checked the unit equipment," he said.

 

He said the assets were saved, such as factory-owned machines, finished material and production warehouses and houses and offices in the back of warehouse. Next to the factory is a settlement, but fire doesn't spread.
