Indonesian Fashion Brands Are Attacking Paris PDF Print E-mail

Three Indonesian fashion brands, SOE Jakarta, Wilsen Willim, and Kaula Leatherworks participated in L’Exception pop up store. L’Exception is a store that carries a famous concept store in the Forum des Halles area, Paris, France.

 

SOE Jakarta and Wilsen Willim have regularly exhibited their works at Paris Fashion Week. However, for the first time, they are now participating in the pop up store activity on 14-23 June 2019.

 

Meanwhile, Kaula Leatherworks will hold a workshop on making leather accessories. The event will be held June 26-29 2019 in the same place and program.

 

"This is an excellent opportunity to see interest of people of Paris and citizens of the world. Especially towards fashion design from Indonesia.

 

Pop Up Store

 

This is because location of the pop up store is in the city center. So that it is easily accessible to anyone, "said the Paris Trade Attache, Megawati.

 

This pop up store was held by Rendezvoo, a fashion agency in Paris with the theme of French Kiss Asia. This activity involved seven countries, namely Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, China, Vietnam, and France.

 

“We also always involve craftsmen from various regions in Indonesia. Especially to develop the materials used in our products, "said designer SOE Jakarta, Monique.
