National entrepreneurs who are members of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN) and Industry convey three inputs to President Joko Widodo to lead for the next five years. This was conveyed during a meeting with Jokowi which was held at the Merdeka Palace.

Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry General Chairman Rosan Perkasa Roeslani said Jokowi would fully encourage economic problems over the next five years because he said there was no burden. Three inputs from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, according to Rosan, were able to reduce Indonesia's Current Account Deficit.

The first proposal, concerning the number of Indonesian Workers (TKI) abroad which currently numbered approximately 3.6 million people, with the value of remittances or transfers of funds through more or less new migrant workers reached US $ 11 billion.

This is far different from the Filipino workforce of only 3.5 million, but the remittance reached US $ 33 billion.

"Why can it be higher? The problem is the ability of the language, nursing. So it can be encouraged with vocational programs which are also being pushed by the President. That we say is a quick win," he said at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta.

Rosan gave an example, if it could increase by US $ 10 billion, it would certainly reduce CAD Indonesia, which currently amounted to approximately US $ 30 billion. Then the second proposal is to encourage tourism.

According to him, compared to countries in ASEAN, Indonesia is almost 15.5 million but only able to record foreign exchange of US $ 17 billion. While Thailand with tourists nearly 38 million were able to record foreign exchange earnings of up to US $ 62 billion.

Then the third is about the textile industry which is because the US-China trade war is predicted to boost Indonesia's garment exports.

Meanwhile, Deputy Chairperson of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Membership and Regional Empowerment, Anindya Novyan Bakrie added, in addition to textile exports, all lines are also expected to be able to increase exports. Especially those that have added value.

"The point is that everything that can be exported as soon as possible must be done to strengthen the balance sheet, but in the future we want the exported one to have added value," said Anin.
