There is good news coming from Indonesian Muslim fashion designers in the international arena. There are 18 Indonesian designers or brands and two brands from the United Arab Emirates who process Indonesian textiles into ready-to-wear collections in Dubai. More precisely, this collection of Indonesian Muslim clothing was displayed by Indonesia Modest Fashion Day with Bank Indonesia on March 13 at the Dubai Expo 2022. The event also held the first simple fashion show at Dubai Expo 2022, featuring 20 designers, including two brands from Dubai, which was held in front of the Indonesian Pavilion.

Titled Artisanal Touch of Modest Fashion, this fashion show featured a collection of women's clothing and men's clothing from various parts of Indonesia.

Starting from Wearing Klamby, Itang Yunasz and members of the Indonesian Sharia Creative Industry (IKRA).

The IKRA members are Tethuna, Roemah Kebaya Vielga, Thiffa Qaisty, Ija Kroeng, Fatih Indonesia, Bermock, Tenun Gaya by Wignyo, Lamops, Rorokenes Indonesia, Pala Nusantara, Batik Chic.

There were also five IKRA brands that were included for the exhibition, namely Anggia Syari, Sanet Sastar, Ina Priyono, Gi Scarf by Tuty Adib and Charlie Bravo.

Another interesting look was also seen in two brands from Dubai, Dulce by Safiya and Nuna Atelier, who process archipelago literature for their collections with accessories made in Indonesia.
